  • Pre-workout kick in the ass

    I'm looking for some new drinks/supplements for a pre-workout kick in the pants to get me going on those tough days. I've tried ABB Adrenalyn Stack and EAS Kick Start. Anybody have some other recommendations of something that works well. ABB Adrenalyn Stack works well but it's kinda expensive--at least 2bucks a bottle around here.

    I stack 4g's of taurine and 3g's of citrulling malate. Good kick in the ass and great for a grueling cardio session.

      ECA stack about 30 min pre wkout.
      Sugar free Red Bull
      VPX Redline
      1-2 cups black coffee
      Chew a couple of pices of jolt gum

      These are a few of my tricks.

            I was a big fan of Ultimate Orange and Punch back in the day, but we all know that product is long gone.

            I've had a ton of success with ISS Research's Orange Blast. Honestly, I think they're hiding some ingredients in the package. The box contains 30 packets and I've bought them as cheap as $21.99 on the Internet. I highly recommend trying the Orange flavor as the product is also available in Grape and Fruit Punch. What I like so much about this product is that it's in a powder form and it hits you within minutes after tatking it. I've found that if you take it with very little water and down it quickly, it's even better. Also, be sure to add a little water in your glass after you down it and get every particle that the stuff has to offer.

            I think this stuff is close to the same level of greatness as was Utimate Orange!
