    whats up yellowjacket.....

so ive got a good friend who runs a nutrition store and he's hooked me up with some m-one-t. he has advised me to take 1 a day for two weeks, then take a week off, then do 2 a day for two weeks, Im not sure what I should do after that, or if I need any other supplement for when I come off.
I have a good clean diet, and Im also on cla and nitrix. What are the best safest cycles? Should I stack oxavar with m-1-t?

Do some searches on this board. You need a ton more research before you do it.

dont' run oxavar w/ it... don't stack any other methyls with m1t unless it's something like m5aa just for preworkout

These guys are correct. Theres a myriad of information on this board about M1T and Im certain you spent 60 minutes flipping through it, you could be a resident expert on M1T. Read a little, search around and if you have any further questions, feel free to let us know. CLA is only good in very large doses, I dont feel its worth the money. Nitrix I have heard decent feedback on, so if you have the money, go for it.

M1T is a steroid, and if you don’t know dosages and length, the wisest thing would be to wait until you get your research in check.

This is a pretty comprehensive post. http://forums.1fast400.com/?showtopic=760

              Thx for the info slayer.
I've spent the last day reviewing the info. It was very informative but at times a little confusing. Can you give me any personal experience related to it's use. I've been working out for 8 weeks now and eating correctly for the same. I'm wondering if I should wait to use M1T until I have some time under my belt but the bottles I purchased will expire soon, so I don't want to let any of it go to waist...Any suggestions?

If you've only been working out for 8 weeks don't bother with the m1t yet.. get your diet in check and the results will come. Supplements like M1t are for experienced users and IMO for people who have reached a plateau they are trying to get past. This is not a supp. you want to take if your are not familar with the proper use. If it's about to expire let it. Your first year of training is normally when you get some pretty good gains be patient and edcucate yourself. Good luck bro

IMO, before you start an AAS cycle you must have at least 4 years of training and a min of 2 years of proper dieting and of course greater then 21yrs of age.

Establish a solid ground from which to build upon.
