can anyone tell me a bit more about a fat burning supplement called lipo-6...? i know its just a supplement but i do have a good diet and am excercising just looking for a lilttle boost seeing as im trying to get the stubborn fat off now and those tuff fat pockets.

The old lipo 6 was pretty good stuff. Im not a big fan of the ephedra free stuff. Personally I would make my own ECY stack. I like that alot,

I stacked lipo6 with some ephedrine and was happy with it. I have read some journals and the results of the stack are pretty good. I had a shin splint so couldnt do cardio and still dropped 1 1/2% bf in a little over 4 weeks. I would buy it again.
