I didn't bother to see if this was posted already so hold the flame jobs.

I just got my order in from Power Nutriton. Two jugs of Muscle milk for $23.00 each. Rocky Road and Cookies and Cream. I made a post workout shake last night with the Cookies and Cream mix and all I can say is Godamn Ham. That is the best mix I have tasted in a long long while as well as filling. I haven't tried the Rocky road yet, but if the other is any indication of taste then I know it will be damned good.

Thanks also to Power Nutrition for selling this gift from the gym gods way below what the thieves sell theirs for here in Panama City.

$23 from PN is a decent price. Most online are $20-$24.99. Just need to check how each ships. That is where you can get screwed if they overcharge for shipping.

PN's shipping is $7 flat rate. but it is better than paying $40 at GNC or Vitamin world
