ok well lets see where do i start i have started a martial arts class , wich has a pretty crazy navy seal kind of work out everday seeing as i am not use to this it is quite hard for me to keep up and i have drawn the attention of one of the senior students/instructors who thinks i am just being a slacker so he takes every oprotunity to single me out in front of the class and make things misrable for me , anyway my point is that i need some help to get back into top shape this work out consists mostly of tons of jumping jacks push ups skipping punching drills ect... i need help to make it through these work outs and get this looser off my back i have started taking avanol creatine but i need some serrious help with endurance could someone please recomend some supplements that may help me

If you have to do these workouts then just use them.
Take a nap and then eat light before going, get more sleep overall.
If they are less than three a week, do the same thing at home.
I would not add more to the workouts as this will slow down your adjustment to them.

The only way to adjust to a particular resistance, is it perform that resistance over and over. Practice it. As far a supplements, you could try a blend of green tea, tyrosine, and dmae to give you a light boost and make you mentally focused. Make sure youre having plenty of carbs before your practice or what have you. Depending upon how long it lasts, depends on what type of carbs to consume. If it lasts more than 60 minutes, avoid simple sugars and go for more complex carbs.
