ok i just got the optimum nutrition amino 2222 caps and
universal natural sterol complex from a friend that works at gnc
now can anyone tell me if this is a good stack and how should i cycle the sterol complex ...please give me some advise...
.... oh yeah yellowjacket nice stack....and gnc only suxs when you pay ...he he ........tommorow i get some dianabol but i wont use it until a few months before bootcamp....latas paco...

This isnt going to do much for you. The ingredients: "plant sterols, amino acids, energy substrates, essential fatty acids (EFAs), electrolytes, performance boosters, nucleosides, and important minerals."

Plant sterols were proven ineffective, the amino acids are ok, EFAs are good but not enough of them, minerals are good, doesnt even say what these 'performance boosters' are.

Human growth complex

We've been over this one :) Its a scam supplement.

Nothing special.

HMB-before bed

Only good in large amounts and more desirable when cutting. A good combination with creatine, but dont look to see any noticable gains with it.

Its kind of the 'kitchen sink' approach to supplementation, which is usually a tip off that its not a very good product.

i tired sterol complex before for months and it didnt do jack for me, so i wouldnt use it.

As far as Aminos, you should look to Beverly Mass. Mg for Mg, serving for serving, it is the best price.
