Cycle question

Sorry for another M1T topic but after 2days of long research I have not found anything on this.
I am going to be starting my first cycle of M1T soon. I will be doing 3 week cycles on with Liv-52 and hawthorne berry and 3 weeks PCT with Tamox.
My question is when can I start the next cycle and how many cycles is safe in 1 year?
I only plan on doing 3 cycles then stopping.

Take off a month or so after your PCT ends, this will allow your natural systems to re-adjust. I would only recomend 2 methylated cycles per year.
