    ok, what am i going to want to purchase to run with the gear i am going to be injecting into my body to maximize my training and gains?

    I read this! Might be an addition

    I know peperine is effective in aiding the delivery of other supplements, I don't know about PH/PS.



    Supplement Facts:
    Serving Size: 1 Capsule
    Servings Per Container: 60

    Amount Per Serving

    Bergamottin 100mg
    (6,7,-dyhydroxybergamottin (DHB)
    Proprietary Blend: 250mg
    Bupleurum, hoelen, piperine, b6, b12.

    Other Ingredients:
    Cellulose, guar gum, gelatin, magnesium stearate.

    Recommended Use:
    Take 1-2 capsules with any prohormone or prosteroid dose. Do not exceed 6 capsules a day.

    Caution:
    Women should not take this product if pregnant or lactating. If you are using birth control pills, please consult your physician before use. Not intended for use in persons under 18 years of age. Consult of physician before use if you are taking any medications.

        Vitamin C 2000mg/day
        Multi-Vitamin every day
        Flax Seed Oil 5000mg/day
        Cranberry Extract 2000mg/day
        Alpha-lipoic acid 500mg/day
        Milk Thistle 1500mg/day
        Ginger Root 1000mg before main meals
        Saw Palmetto every day
        Water and cranberry juice (minimum) 1 gallon per day
        Protein minimum 1.5 grams per pound/day
        L-Glutamine 5000-10000mg/day
        ECA: Thermadrene, Xenadrine, Adipo-Kinetics, etc… 2 times/day
        Clenbuterol 20mcg tabs, start slow, work up to 140mcg/day
        (once the shakes get too bad, reduce dosage by
        one tab and continue for the rest of the period).

        If using Clen - suggest supping with Taurine too.

          okay that seems a little overboard for mandatory

          heres what I would take minimum:
          A multi
          fish oil caps
          ALA for antioxidant properties
          milk thistle
          saw palmetto complex for prostate

            Thats pretty basic, I'm just avid about keeping healthy, so all those compounds above would not constitute as overboard. They all serve there purpose.

              good advice above, but I would also recommend taking biotin if your taking ALA. ALA deplets natural biotin stores and leads to sore joints. It's not mandatory, but I've had trouble with joints when taking ALA w/o biotin and biotin is cheap, 60 day supply for about $7.

                This would be my list as well, but I would add Vitamin E & C and some NAC/Milk thistle.

                    don't go to gnc, never go to gnc. They will try to sell you some overpriced crap that you don't need and 9 times out of 10 they have no idea what they are selling. try the following sites
