Is using Swole liek using creatine or is it an NO2 product? im kind of confused...

Dicreatine malate is a salt form of creatine. I believe it is roughly 50% creatine. Tricreatine malate is about 75%. They say the malate form may be more bioavailable than other forms of creatine due to increased water solubility. Technically only really good if you're a creatine non responder. Otherwise, just stick to the mono.
