I Can't honestly give advice on the test booster but in terms of your tiredness, you need to take in some carbs. A low carb diet is one thing but zero carbs..?, all thats gonna do is make your body burn up fats yes but also valuable protien as energy, and unless your carb depleting before a competition (i.e. short term) I think its going to hinder your muscular gains in the medium to long term. In addittion, you might get away with it for a bit but I think it will also suppress you imune system and you'le get sick.

How are you gonna train properly and progressively with no carbs, why don't you try getting your carbs in on a morning, like oats and hust reducing them as the day goes by and so that you don't eat any past 8pm.

you really should consider taking in some carbs. if you cut them all out, then the second you start eating them again your body might regain a significant amount of bodyfat.

I had good results doing the late great Dan Ducaine's Bodyopus diet. 5 days zero carbs, followed by a 48 hour carb up period. What is important about keto cycling diets is to eat high fat with your protein to give an alternative fuel source. Interesting book. Don't know where a guy can purchase it now a days. I think Mauro DiPasquale has a book similar called the Metabolic Diet but haven't read it yet.

Regarding your question on a testosterone booster:

Firstly, most studies with increasing natural testosterone levels have been aimed towards matured adults, at 21 the effectiveness of a test booster will not be worth its cost.

Your lack of energy is not a result of lack of testosterone rather a depletion of carbs. This has resulted in a metabolic stage called ketosis, in which your liver has been depleted of stored glycogen levels.

You can look at trying a ketogenic diet in which you would alter between stages of carb depletion and carb loading. It is very popular amongst bodybuilders and athletes when shedding body fat.

Look for the CKD, and TKD diet. UD 2.0 is also a fantastic.
