    i'd consider myself a creatine non responder because i never felt monohydrate anything for me, but i'm going to start using some after i'm off my cycle. what would you say is better creatine ethyl ester or, tricreatine malate? not entirely worried about bloat, more interested in which of the two would be a better choice for me.

    Hey brother,

    Its more of an either/or situation. I would say go with something like Sautr8 or Xpand (trcreatine malate) since I have used it (also a non-responder) and had surprising success with it. I believe it to be cheaper, also will last you longer and tastes a hell of a lot better.

      I agree with YJ. Satur8 is not bad but I really like Swole v2. I guess it is personal preference.

        Yes psyko, listen to YJ he knows his stuff, I too have used the swole v2 with killer results and I was only taking it on weight training days which was 3 days a week. I did however bloat and I quit taking it. I always responded to regular creatine, but I thought I would try the newer products to see if I would not bloat. Seeing how bloating is not an issue for you I think you will be very happy with the results of either product.
