  • Supplement shopping list

    YJ,

I've read a ton of your posts and see that you highly recommend many products, but also think there are many common products that bodybuilders use that are of no use or are potentially harmful. I guess what I'd like to know is what you would add to or subtract from the following list of supplements (for a natty).

    1. Standard whey protein
    2. Whey protein w/ more BCAA's
    3. Creatine product
    4. ZMA
    5. MRP's
    6. Energy enhancer (ON Adenergy Stack)
    7. L-glutamine JK! :)

    Thanks!

Not a bad list..... whey is essential (well as essential as supplements can be), Creatine is great, Im a fan of the new Tricreatine/CEE blends. ZMA has never proven itself to me and many others, although some people swear it gives them great sleep. If you can find ZMA for a low low price, go for it, but I wouldbt pay more than $10 a bottle for it. MRPs are ok, but making your own is better and probably cheaper, try:

    15oz milk
    2 scoops natty peanut butter
1 tblspoon fish or flax oil
    1/3 cup oats
    2 scoops whey

Stimulants are useful for many things, I prefer plain VasoPro Ephedrine HCl, its cheap and gets the job done...

One thing missing from your list I'd add is fish oil, whether it be gel caps or the actual oil. It has a myriad of benefits.
