Looks to be a basic carb mix, it looks to be right around 52g of carbs per serving, which is right about where you want to be, give or take a few carbs. Im not convinced it will do anything more than maltodextrin or or a malto./dextrose combo, but when its free, it cant be all that bad.

So, what's your view on the role of fruit in either a bulking or cutting diet? Also, is there anywhere in particular that you would recommend picking up Ultimate Diet 2.0?

Fruit is fine for vitamins, anti-oxidants, etc. but their role is limited in a caloric sense.

Any college level nutrition, advanced nutrition or performance nutrition text book will give you the basics, if not more. There's a myriad of articles online from solid nutrition guru's, ie. Lyle McDonald, etc.

YJ do you reccomend any certain way to take your dext/malto post workout. I've been just mixing it with water but there's not much taste there. Should I maybe just mix it in with my shake or something

Yes, mix it with your shake, it will help with the uptake of the protein you're consuming.
