I am going to do a m1t and 4derm cycle is I was told to do 200mg 4 derm and 10mg m1t and was wondering if that sounds right to all of you this will me my 1st prohormone cycle I have dont 2 cycles of aas test at 750mg eq at 600mg

My second question is I have something called 1-test stack and was wondering if it was any good this is what it has in it
1T Ether (17beta-hydroxandrost 1-ene-3-one Ether 100mg
1,4-androstadiene-2,17-dione 100mg
5-alpha-androstane 2,17 beta diol 100 mg
4-androstendiol 100mg
3,6,17-androstenetrione 100mg

Those two cycles should have gotten you past wanting PH's

M1T/4derm will only get you a few pounds. The 1-Test stack too.

I notice last May you were 185 @ 5'7''. What BF?
When did you do the Test/EQ? How much did you gain? Keep?

I am not sure about the BF% bit I am at 220 now and I really dont have a gut or nothing I just cant see abs yet
