Wk 1-5 (M5AA Really not sure how muck to take I cant really find any info on the board about a good dose

5'7 200 lbs 2 cycles of m1t 1 cycle of test E 500mg wk for 12 wks
been lifting for about 7 years I am 24

M5AA should be ran NO MORE than 30mgs a day, Id start lower than that at about 20mgs ED.
