        And you obviously dont know much about them, tribulus does nothing for free or bound basal testosterone.

              Hey, YJ i think you r very smart, and I respect your opinion. I was just putting the info out that i have read. Instead of waisting space and telling me how stupid i must be, how about you answer the damn question. or at least tell me why i am wrong.

                  Zinc, vitamin E and evening primrose supposedly help maintain you endocrine system of which testosterone forms part, so if your endocrine system is running low, these may help stabalise.

                  In terms of promoting your natural test beyond normal, the evidence relating to supplementation is varied as you have already seen from the responses to your thread.

                  What is clear from evidence is that high intensity excercise along with adequate rest and nutrition gives you the best chance.

                  Specifically, excercises like squats and deadlifts have been shown to actually increase testosterone output.
