i'm gonna be taking it pre and post workout, and it says that i shouldn't eat or have a protein shake for 30 minutes after taking it, but will this make a big difference? i was planning on taking it with an mrp. and would it be a problem to drink it with green tea? no sweetner.

Have you taken xpand before? If not, let me know how you like xpand. I'm debating what kind of creatine to do next. I'm finishing up some satur8, (which did a lot more than GNC monohydrate ever did!!!) but always looking for something that might be bigger and better.

yellowjacket, i drink a lean mass matrix mrp, with a scoop of whey, and a 1/2 cup of oatmeal. i would just do like it says but i'm pressed for time. that's why i was asking. it's just more convenient.
