I am going shopping for supplements on the morrow and I would like some critque to make sure I am not going to waste my money.
Protein: ON 100% whey. I liked it when I used it about a month ago and the price isn't too bad. Vitamin shoppe has it for $30 a jug and at two jugs a month, I need value and quality.
Creatine: Either Satur8 or Phosphagen HP. I have yet to see any results from creatine in the past five years of lifting but I want to give it another shot.
Fat Burner: HydroxyCut. If anyone knows of anything better please let me know.
