  • Milk Protein Isolate

I am really excited about this and thought maybe someone else would be too. All The Whey just began selling their milk Protein isolate. It is unflavored. I was using VPX for a while cause they were the only ones that had unflavored. All the Whey has theirs for half the price of VPX. Just wanted to pass this along.

And what are the benefits of a milk protein isolate as compared to whey or casein proteins? I guess I thought it was just a mix of casein and whey proteins (~80/20). Is that correct and would this be a good option for a homemade MRP?

Milk protein is similar to that of casein in that it takes longer for the body to break it down. It is the same ratio as the casein to whey. This would be best for a nighttime shake. Also like I said this is the only other unflavored I have seen. I cannot stand the taste of the flavored ones. So I mix it with some flavored whey that I do like, such as Syntrax Nectar.
