Sup all. I have a question about supplements. Anything worth taking, I say maybe creatine, def. protein? Curious on other ppl responses.
Glutimin - Garbarge (along with any other Amino Acids supplement)
Creatine - Very good. Creatine is found in a varity of foods, one of the best sources is lean red meat. Supplement form? Yes.
Protein (MRPs) during the day - eat real food instead if poss., eggs, meat, fish, etc. Your body absorbs much more the artifical.
Pre-Workout - small digestible meal carb/protein mix or prepacked MRP.
Post-Workout - Protien shake.
illicet drugs - Work, 1 cycle prob save 1000's of cash instead of yrs of buying supplements (most dont work)
NO2/Arginine - garbage http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=556124
Mulit-Vitamins - somewhat useful. Again real food form is best.
Weigh Gainers - some brands seem to work for small dudes. If they eat more calories. Prob. equivelent.
Tribulus - Garbage
