  • energy booster?

    anybody use anything to keep them going throughout the day? i don't mean pre-workout i'm looking for something that lasts longer, preferribly without crashing. i'm going to be starting school on monday full-time and also be working full-time so i'm going to be running on 5 hours of sleep for the next year.:(
    i think xenadrine makes an 8 hour energy supp. anybody try this before?

    I'm on a similar schedule now espeacially Sun-Tues. One thing I have learned is that the use of caffiene or a derivative of, in a pill form, is that I get dehydrated real easily and start feeling naucious and earadable easly. I have taken, no-doz. min-thins, vivarin, and stacker. I feel the best on stackers, but they cost quite a bit more than the others. Cost effective vs what works, I think the best is just to use BDI's Mini Thin 25/50 and have a bottle of water to constantly sip on. It's like $1.25 for 8 pills containing:

    Caffeine 200mg
    Bitter Orange Peel Extract 83mg
    Proprietary Blend 30mg
    (Asian Ginseng root, Ginger root, Green Tea, Kola Nut, Rhodiola Rosea, White Willow bark)
