    Hey guys Im having a problem keeping the weight on, Im at 196 right now and its the most I have ever weighed but I am eating like crazy and slowly shedding the weight, I work as a pipefitter and I am constantly on the go, I need a new shake to help pack on the calories (I eat tons when I get breaks) I have tried many diff shakes but with no success. Let me know if you have any recomendations this is starting to get depressing.. thanks guys:mad:
