I am looking for some insight on a Post Workout Shake. Can you recommend a product? I have been searching for a while now. I am just getting confused. I have been using Muscle Milk. What is the PWO Carbohyderate-protien ratio. Is it anywhere between 2-to-1 and 4-to-1?
