    Please enlighten us on your day-to-day supplement intake.... Im curious and Im sure others are as well...

    2g vitamin C
    2 caps SAN Loaded (3x daily w/carb intake)
    300mg rhodiola rosea
    1g Phosphatidylserine
    food-extract multi one daily

    If under "chemical influence":
    2g milk thistle
    3g phosphatidylserine
    3g vitamin c
    2g garlic extract

    Multi is taken regardless, along with R-lipoic acid year-round..

        Dextrose

            No matter if I'm "on" or "off" I take the following every day.

            Multi
            Vitamin b-Complex, C, and E
            Calcium/Magnesium
            Fish Oil
            Glucosamine/Chondroitin
            BCAA's
            Whey (of Course)
            Liver Detoxifiers
            PreBiotics & Probiotics
            Zinc
            Dextrose for PWO

            Some of these I up the dosages if I'm "on".
