    8 g vitamin B5 (off and on when needed to control acne)
    200 mg Zinc

    I no longer use AAS but when I did, I would add 200 mg ed vitamin B6 to control prolactin and help reduce my chances of gyno.

                    I've experimented over a year on combo's that seem to work best for me and this set-up seems to benefit my lifting and makes me feel better ED. I do drink one Protein shake after workouts. Eat a small carb meal before my workouts.

                              I started an Emax cycle a few days ago, so I dont usually take al that stuff. Going to run it through the cycle, and then most of it through PCT. Anybody else trying anything out there?

                                Once I recover from whatever I'm sick from, I'm gonna start a SD cycle and I'll add the following to my normal supplements:
                                red yeast rice
                                celery seed extract
                                hawthorne berry
                                milk thistle
