It depends on what you are taking for...As far as it raising test levels, I'm not that convinced....It does help you sleep better which is why take it.

I've read it only helps if you have a zinc and magnesium deficiencies. Give it a try though and see if you notice anything, the stuff is pretty cheap you shouldnt feel too bad if you wasted your money.
Do not take anything that has calcium in it with zma! Calcium competes ferociously with the absorption of it! You should have ZMA before bed but at the same time you should have a protien shake. i see a problem.
