Dont waste your money on it. Some swear byt it, but if thats the case, just buy the ingredients separate and save yourself about $15.

I hear you bro, I've done this by taking divided doses of magnesium citrate, zinc picolinate daily and have had no complaint. But there are those that argue "ASPARTATE" are the forms the body uses and absorbed easily.
