I was told that 1-ad can be detected in a steroid drug-test for up to a year. Is this true?
Also, I got a cousin who is 20 yrs. and 3 months. He has trained with me hard for 5 years, kept his diet good and has a great looking physique, but he wants to start a 1ad/ 4ad stack like im doin and i have tried to tell him to wait until he' s 21 but thats not a good enough reason to wait to him. So would it hurt that bad if he went on with the cycle?? Thanks
