Lipodrene and caffeine

Yj, I got some of that Lipodrene that Power Nutrtion was selling for a limited time. I know that the common dose is 25mgs of Ephedra, and 200mgs of caffeine. But I was just curious if I should take another 200 mgs or 100mgs, because the Lipodrene has 100mgs of caffeine in it. Sorry if this is a stupid question. Thanks for your help

Not a stupid question at all....

You can indeed add more caffeine, but if youre like me, caffeine gives me major insomnia. I actually like the fact that Lipodrene lacks the standard 200mg dose of caffeine. Grab some caffeine powder or tabs and add 100mgs more if you wish.
