  • I have caffiene issues

Well I feel better when I have a little boost of energy when I am doing anything other than relaxing. But caffiend gives me insomnia problems. I know YJ has the same issue and also uses green tea extract, but even the 90mg of caffine in red bull cause me problems. Any suggestions and where I can find something that will help give me similar energy for a few hours at a time but with out the insomnia side effects?

Im with ya there... Ive tried l-tyrosine and ALCAR with success, although I must admit the stimulant effect is not as prominent, but the mental focus and lack of insomnia is worth it...

When are you going to be needing the energy boost? Morning, noon or night? If I remember correctly you work a weird schedule so give me a time frame of when you will be needing the boost.

Thanks, most of the time this is all I really need. Do you stack them or are they different things you have tried?

It's set alot of the times, but when there are extra things I have to do it can be random and throw everything off.

If I have enough money, I like to stack them, which obviously improves their efficacy. Right now, I am on ephedrine, caffeine, yohimbe, tyrosine and alcar and Im feeling pretty goohe entire day, very energetic, and very alert.

Thanks YJ. I will stack them both. It's worth it to me. I assume the stuff PN has is good?

I already looked it up and it's there. I had to do a keyword search for it. Wasn't sure what it would be under.

                  L-Tyrosine

                  ALCAR

Xenadrine works for my fiance, and has no caffiene in it. I've never tried it myself though, as I'm not looking to burn anything I don't have to.

Xenadrine is loaded with caffiene, brother.. Check the label for "methylxanthines", which is the chemical name for caffiene.. ;)

Hydroxycut comes caffiene-free, then again I have taken Lipo-6 before bed and slept like a baby..

EDIT: the correct chemical name for caffiene is 1,3,7 Trimethylxanthine..
