Umm this may sound weird but when i am on anything that is a "pick me up" i crash really hard like i have had an all night bender on speed or something. I dont drink coffee or do any drugs except muscle enhancing. Im not even big on sugar. Do you think the reason i crash is because my body isnt used to it? For example a friend of mine gave me ECA to try so i tried it and i got a " pick me up" then about 2 hours later i started getting the shakes and had to sit down. then it wasnt till i had a protien shake that i started feeling better. Red bull does this to me as well :confused: . It feels like it takes all the nutrients out of my body.
