Excellean and other CLA products

Ok guys Ive lost about as much weight as I can on my own and now Ive moved to Excellean/ CLA. My question is the directions say that caffine drinkers need to consult a health care professional.

Anyone using CLA or Excellean, the guy at GNC said I can drink a soda or too but Im confused on the warning labels. Does this mean I cant drink like a diet soda or a coke or is that just when Im taking the pills (BTW 2 pills 3 times a day with meals).

Please help me out. My mom saw the directions and got worried. Im a college student and she doesnt want me having a heart attack.

I have been using Excellean for 1 1/2 months. Lost 10lbs so far. I drink coffee in morning and then it's tea or sprite zero. Lady at gnc told me caffeine really does not bother it. But I take the D-4 extreme with it also. D-4 has the caffeine in it so that's why I watch my intake of it. So little caffeine will not hurt.
