I thought I'd briefly post my experience with Glucosamine/Chondroitin. I've been running G/C for the last 8 months to help with some pain in my knees. About a month ago, I realized that my knees have been pain free for about a month. I decided to quit taking G/C. About a week later, my knees started hurting again. So, I started to G/C, and now the pain is gone. During the time where I came off G/C, there were no other changes ... no changes to diet, no changes to routine, no changes tosupplements, etc. The only thing I can attribute the pain relief to is the G/C.

I agree!! G/C is awesome! It has made a world of difference in my knees. A couple years ago, I tried to run a marathon and gave up because of my knees. I started using G/C and much of the pain went away, so I tried again about a year later and with the help of a little ibuprofen, it was no problem. I take it every day now religously--I don't think I could do heavy squats without it.
