Is Kre-Alkalyn a good creatine to take? Im curious since SciFit's Kre-Alkalyn 1500 comes in capsule form. Also Does it cost a bad bloat like other creatines?
I hear it's supposed to be really good. Causing less bloating than normal creatine. They say it's supposed to be the latest "kick ass supplement" that is legal.
