  • Hydralyzed whey

So, in my personal training course, it says that using any other whey other then Hydralyzed whey is just throwing your money away. If I am thinking correctly, this means that egg albumin powder and hydralyzed are the only proteins worth buying. It then goes on to say that BNRG...Bio...blah blah blah is the top name brand for hydralyzed whey too. Sounds like someone is being promoted here...

Problem is, this shit is expensive. I will be spending twice what I pay now. Do you guys actually think I am throwing my money away with my ON 100% whey?

I think you mean Hydrolyzed whey. All that means is that the chains are partially broken down for faster absorbtion.

That dosent mean that other proteins are worthless. Just means they are slower absorbing.

You should take that gun in your avatar and shoot the person teaching that class. :)

Shortz, I don't know what course you are taking. But from my expierence, the ones that most are taking these days are full of half truths. It was pretty aggrevating when I finished mine, that I continued to notice things didn't exactly work. They seem to start to tell you about something to give you introductory info, then they just leave it at that. But it's taken alot as that's how it is. Since the course's are suppose to be teaching you how things are.

You guys don't know how aggrivated I am at this test. I failed with an 80%. Some of the questions they ask are not even in the reading. For instance, they ask about muscles that support a pullup, yet never mention a pullup once in their reading. They do mention pulldowns though. I think they seem to think that a pullup is the same as a pulldown. We all know that's bullshit. Also, I was on the phone with them ripping them for giving bad information on medical stuff too. Saying that hypothermia isn't as bad as a heat stroke. I called them and said, "I am an advanced life support medical provider for Pa, Paramedic number...., the following questions are wrong..." The guy actually argued with me and told me they won't change it.
