  • Creatine Ethyl Esters

A lot of people on other boards have tried this new creatine, but i havent heard alot about it on this board. Does anybody here have any experiences they can share? Is it worth the extra money?

The CEE in the new Xpand works for me. This is far and away the best 'souped up' creatine product on the market, in my opinion. With CEE, I have little or no facial bloat and I am a creatine non-responser, so monohydrate is like sucking tit through a sweater for me.

I wouldn't ever expect reliable info from GNC-I've only ever met one guy at a GNC that knew his ass from a hole in the wall. I would just buy it from somewhere online-there's a lot of online places that sell it. Depending on what brand CEE you're interested in, I'm sure theres a bunch of us that could recommend a site.

It seems like the CEE products fall into 2 categories-products from companies I don't care to support (muscletech, pinnacle) and products that have NO added. I want just plain CEE! I might have to try the CrE2 product from ThermoLife.

Fellas I appreciate all the responses. I guess it is worth the extra money, and in response to the CEE w/ NO added to them, Xpand has an NO booster in it as well so what would the difference be other than that Xpand has proven to work. Just curious.
