YJ, I've heard that CEE is supposed to be able to enter a cell membrane without the use of a transport system. Does that mean that CEE can be taken without dextrose/maltodextrin, or that CEE is then comparable to a product like Xpand or Swole V2? I imagine it would be a superior product than regular creatine alone

CEE is superior to monohydrate... and most, of not all, over the counter transport systems that contain a simple sugar as a shuttle. The brilliant thing is, supplements like Xpand now include CEE, instead of tricreatine or otherwise.
So with Xpand for example, you get the best of both worlds. A solid creatine product without so much sugar and increased pumps, which obviously help with the transport of the CEE as well.
