Does anyone have a take on the benefits of this supplement? I searched through the site and only found a take on Glucosamine from House1 but it didn't help much...

Originally posted by YellowJacketPersonally, no. M-C minerals have the tendency to build up to toxic levels if you arent careful. If you have a good multi and a solid diet, this isnt something you really need. If youre lacking in some mineral department, look for that individual mineral.
