YJ I decided to give ngorge a try and i'll have to say xpand is superior. I did not get the pumps and increased energy as i do with xpand. Overall its a decent product, but not worth the price.

Sweet... I appreciate the update and results... I was about 50/50 on giving it a try, but it looks like Ill just get another tub of Xpand.... I just finished my 2nd tub and I still love this stuff.... -
Do you guys use the xpand energize or just regular xpand? Any comments on the difference--is it worth it?Comment

I use the regular. The Energized Xpand has 1600mgs of an Energized Matrix, which is overhype for saying it contains caffeine and tyrosine (most likely). Since I supplement with both of those on the side and slightly too much caffeine gives me insomnia, I just opt for the regular.Comment
