Hey I am going to be buying some C complex and B complex and was wondering how much to take and when to take each of these? and should I get powder or capsule? If it matters I will also be taking a multi (opti-men)
B complex is only useful in the injectable variety. Vitamin C is generally dosed at 1000mgs a day. Check your multi and if it provides ample amounts of each, there is no reason to further supplement with them.
Thanks for the advice YJ, my multi has 500mgs of C, so in your opinion when do you think would be the best time to take the C, pre and/or post workout? and would you recommend powder or capsule?
I think for the most part, alot of your ultra potent have enough vitamin C in them. On the other hand, PWO, tkaing an extra vitamin C tab can actually be good. Vitamin C is very important for PWO.
