I use Kirkland High Energy. I buy them at costco for like 30 bucks. http://www.vitasprings.com/kirkland-...upplement.html

I use Men's One-A-Day, but I'm not really sure if there is better shit out there I could be consuming or what...I don't have many left so I am about ready to switch up if there are some good suggestions. And sorry Bouncer but 30 bucks is not something I'm wanting to blow on a multi when I got these One-A-Days for like $8.

They are similar to Gold's etc... Overpriced and marketed to the masses which means they can take advandtage of the naive.Originally posted by MonsterbawlsShortz,BBAddict, who do you hate GNC? I have searched their site, and think they have a good selection;do you guys know of anyplace better? Oh, and I take Targets' brand of multivitamin every morning.
Try this first - they are one of the board sponsers.

I hate them because they are overpriced and give terrible information to misguided souls looking for good supplementation advice. I have heard the worst advice coming from GNC sales people and they have told me total BS lies too. For example, when I was looking for a mass-gainer shake that wasn't all sugar, the idiot that worked at a local GNC told me it really didn't matter what the calories came from cause your body processes them all the same anyway! I guess I just hate the lies and the way they take advantage of the people that don't know any better.Originally posted by MonsterbawlsShortz,BBAddict, who do you hate GNC? Bouncer, do you have a reference to support that?Originally posted by THE BOUNCERyou could get more vitamins chewing on a spinach leaf.
The reference I have used is:
The Complete Guide to Anti-Aging Nutrients (Hardcover)
by Sheldon Saul Hendler
ISBN: 0671506153
The author is a highly regarded professor of medicine at UCSD. He has given Centrum high scores as a multivitamin. While the book is a bit dated (circa 1990), the conclusion was that Centrum was one of the best multivitamins on the market. Maybe there are others in the last 15 years that have surpassed Centrum, but that doesn't make Centrum worthless.
I would like to know if you have references that support your viewpoint.
