    Hey YJ and anyone else who has experince with creatine ethyl ester for that matter, I was wanting to know what has worked best for you concerning when you take it? ie. I have been hearing pre and post about 2.5 gs each serving but was wanting some more opinions.

    Ohh and how much should be taken on off days?

    I'm using my second CEE product since its release, 2.5g in the morning and 2.5g PWO.. The first time I've used Jacked by VNS, it was 3g (not sure) CEE with NO boosters..

    I'll post my critique of the CEE I'm using now, I also have a drink good for PWO with CEE/creatine mono I plan to review.. ;)

    I'd take the same dosage everyday, on or off..

      I use Dymatize's Xpand, the new formula w/ CEE and use it once pre-workout and again post and on days I do not train, I use it once in the AM on an empty stomach and like it a lot. I takt 5g total (2.5g 2x a day) on workout days and one serving (2.5g) a day on non-workout days.

            In the morning is fine, I take my CEE tabs in the morning after I eat, then sometime in the afternoon.. PWO I take my second dose..

                Just to ensure absorbtion, I don't think it would hurt to take it first, then eat..

                    Workin' well for me, although I don't hold water on it.. I take 5g a day, and I tend to pee like I'm part racehorse.. :)

                      yea, same here, I really like the stuff, I got the powder form for cheap and that will last me for like 200 days at 5 grms a day, good stuff. Personally it worked better for me than the other suped up creatines.
