so anyone know how much better r-ala is compared to ala? Ive taken r-ala before and it did work! I take it before heavy carb meals, and it helped keep water down and pumps in the gym were great. I noticed it most when pigging out at night. If i take it before a night time carb session i would wake up feeling good and energized and i muscles would look full....whereas if i dont take before night time carb meal i wake up feelin slow, lazy, and looking very flat.
So i know that r-ala is good and works for me, but i went to the vit store to get some and they didnt carry it. The owner gave me this info sheet on just regular ala and told me that he talked to a few different chemists and he concluded that r-ala might work a little better then regular ala but not significantly enough to pay more for it, and the cost for raw r-ala vs. ala is huge.
Anyone know differently? If not i might give ala a try and save about 1/3 of what ive been spending.
