    Should I be loading this or just take it the way the package says? I just atarted getting serious lifting this year so I'm still figuring things out. If so, what type of shcedule should I be using?

    No need to load. I started taking it as on the package, 45mins before work out and then 30mins after my PWO shake which I ingested right after my work out. I noticed something the first time I took it.

      What did you notice? I'm taking it now and don't necessarily feel much different-scale also doesn't show any differences.

        When I took it I noticed my pumps were greater than without it. Didn't notice a scale change but it made my muscles hold alot more water hence making me look bigger.

          I noticed a significant pump increase (but thats fairly irrelevant to me) and a nice little gain in strength as well.... one of my favorite creatine products around.
