    I read that the dosing for 4-AD (in powder form) is 600-1500 mg orally, or 15-50 sublingually. Does this sound right? I know it's absorbed a whole lot better, but is 50 mg enough? Also, the transdermal approach seems to be recommended over oral or sublingual...any feelings on this?

    Sublingal is usually only good for a preworkout boost. You don't want to be using this as your normal method. Either oral or topical. Topically being better with the improved delivery, not that much better but better than oral.

      BTW 50 mgs is not going to be enough no matter how you take it...

        so this is what I do:
        add a certain amount, say 25 grams, to the gel, which then has a concentration of 208 mg/mL (25g/120 mL), and if I'm taking 900 mL or so a day, then about 4 or 5 squirts a day...right?

          I'm sure you mean 900mg, but yes that would be correct. However i'm not sure about whether you can get 25g of powder in there without issues of clogging. I believe it's supposed to be 12g's per every 4 oz's, but I don't think it's that big of a deal.
