  • GAKIC IS HERE!!

Just got my latest issus of MMI, and it explained all about this new revolutionary pre-workout supplement. Have any of you all heard about this new product yet, and what are your thoughts?

I'm not too sure what to think of it. I hate MuscleTech, but I work at GNC and they are giving us free full size containers of the product. I'll let you know tomorrow what I think of it. You only use it pre-work out, not exceeded four times a week. For $79.99 you get a month's worth. Who knows, only time will tell I guess.

If MuscleTech makes it..... it... 1. is way overpriced 2. way underdosed 3. tastes like shit 4. is going to get on my nerves for its God awful advertising.

Well said...Although I read in one of their eight page spreads they always have in every magazine they said that GAKIC can't be made by anyone else..who knows what MuscleTech cooked up....

Its bullshit, dont even think about it. Its says a 10.5 increase in strenth first time use. Giveme a break, muscletech can blow me. If you look on pub med the study they quote on gagik actually has a diffrent outcome. real smooth muscletech.

10.5% increase in strength...does that mean if I did 305 for 3 reps on bench, I can now do 335? awesome...

anyway, I think MMI is a little too much in bed with MuscleTech -- their "supplement review" said EXACTLY the same thing all the 6-page spreads for gakic said, which is a bit frightening to the consumer. Neverthelss, I got my free 8-pill sample and NPC nats, so I'll try it one of these days, probably on a leg day, and I'll let you know how my squats went

couldnt you get the same effects from a sweet potato, some peanut butter and a coffee? i hate how theres now a drug or supplement for everything. if people would just take the time to learn about food and treat it like a drug, they could mimic the same effects without taking all this crap. i always roll my eyes when i see posts like "i wanna loose weight, what should i take" or "i wanna put on some size, whats a good creatine?" etc etc... FOOOOOOOD!! :bbq: well thats my rant for today

have a look at some of the logs at BulkNut and Bodybuilding.com
Conclusion: Waste of money and minimal results.

I got my five day free sample (40 pills/ 8 horse sized pills a serving) at GNC, gave me a free shirt and book on the "miracle" of GAKIC. So far I have used it 3 times with no noticeable differance at all, other than nausea probably from the horse sized pills. I would not waste my money on GAKIC or any other hyped up Muscle Tech product.
