    Whats everyone have in mind for bulking up this late Sept. or whenever you may do it? Im interested in everyone's supplement choice while bulking..

    Lots and lots of food!

    supplemented with (in addition to year round things)
    Considering trying:
    CE2
    Superdrol

    Honestly, when I'm bulking I just up the amount of carbs and fats I eat--it's not as much a change in supplements. I actually cut out more supplements than I add cause when I'm not bulking I may take some kind of thermogenic but I avoid those as much as possible when bulking.

      Dude, I can't eat the way I'm known to anymore (BK, Cheesecakes), so I'm all about lean gaining as much as possible.. Thanks to my pestering of supplement companies, I'm gonna stack 3 NxCare products simply 'cause they answer my pleas for good shit! :D

      I'm gonna use up my last 3 months worth of CellMass samples also.. Steak and sweet potato on a regular basis, unless Met-Rx writes me back.. ;)

        other than my normal vitamins it will be just creatine and lots and lots of clean foods. i have alot of work ahead of me because of injury so i will be staying natural for a while and keeping a perfect diet. cal around 3500-4000.

            cee
            switch from whey protein alone to various MRP's (whey based) for mre calories
            and ease up on the diet, i.e. more fat, calories, and carbs

            atleast 400g's of protein a day.

              1ad 4ad cycle, followed up with some kreaklyn during pct, then maybe an e max cycle come April!
