I recently read that antioxidants should note be taken post workout. I currenly take two fish caps in the monrning and two post workout at about 6:00pm at which time I will also take 400 iu's of vitamine E. Should I holf off on these until later at night, and if so why is that. Thanks Guys!

I have been trying to find an aswer to this but have yet to come to any conclusion. Oviously when we work out we put our muscle in an oxidative position due to the damage done to them. A few studies have shown eben as much as 1,000 oc vit c can cause furthor damage and longer recovery time. I was under the impression vit c was good post workout to supress cortisol. Of course there are other studies and "gurus" who claim the exact opposite. Once agian guys if you have any knowledge on this I would love to know. Thanks!
