  • Best Protein Powder for the Dollar. Quality/Taste/Solubility

Are all protein powders the same but the only reason some are more expensive is because they taste better?

I started by using the most expensive one at GNC, Mega IsoBurst. It worked great but i think it because it was the first time i used a supplement and seriously lifted and everyone gets that first big gain from skinny to not skinny.

I used cytosport muscle milk, bad flavor, orange....didnt like it too much. Results wern't that great. Now im using Nitrotech. but i know i've been paying too much. im starting to think, protein is protein. And i just need to get more of it in my diet.

So im looking for the cheapest protein powder, that doesnt taste bad and has the actual ammount of protein per serving as it claims. should be 20g a scoop.

I have searched this and did see that optimum nutrition was the most popular, although it doesnt taste that great. I have a feeling it's popular to those who havnt really tried lots of different kinds. plus its not that cheap anyway.

Can you guys give me suggestions again? i know it prob redundant but i had to make a thread for myself and hear suggestions directed at me for what im looking for. and where can i get the powder from?

ps. $33 for 10lbs of Sports One, HDT $24 for 6lbs, EAS $24 for 6lbs
