Celltech, Nitrotech, Glutamine and NO2, along with Acne medication, really helped me :D

beer in my protien shake really packed on the mass...and going to the gym only burns calories, so if you want some weight, don't go. heh.

seriously, it took me about 2-3 years at least, the biggest factor is, was, and always will be diet and dedication. think long term. no suplement or drug will ever replace diet, dedication and patience.

Its all about the poptarts. If you eat enough of them with your protein shakes, you can gain it in 1 month.

I LOVE YOU GUYS, YOUR THE BEST!

ps. my exercise science professor said, probably the cheapest way to get the most calories aka energy is poptarts. 420 calories from 2 poptarts (1 package.6 in a box) for like $2.25

I figure going from not eating breakfast to having poptarts and protein shakes and TOTAL cereal for all those vitamins and minerals, is a big improvement. atleast in terms of improving the ammount of daily calories i get.

I'm sure eating 2 grapefruits and 12 egg whites, and oatmeal and cottage cheese is better. but I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THAT SHIT. its a work in progress. its tough for full-time student that works 30+ getting home at 2 and 3 in the morning and has class at 8 or 9 o clock and has to frive to campus, etc, etc, bitch, bitch....

          anyway, its all good!

I work two jobs totaling 56 hours a week, One which I work 11pm-7am 3 nights a week then have to go to class at 8am, then take a nap, go to my second job starting at 1pm-5pm take a nap and got back to work that night. I eat clean. It's just a matter of prioritizing. I find two 30 minutes times a day to cook 3 or so meals and spend about $60 dollars a week on food.

Oh and I have a 1 month old son.

Went from 158lbs to about 184lbs in 6-8 months. In one year, was up to about 192-196lbs, gear free. Ate lots of peanut butter and honey sandwiches with about 1/2 gallon skim milk per day. Ground beef was also a staple for cals.

It gets harder to put weight on the longer you lift. The first year you could put on 20 lbs. Once I hit 220 I wanted to get to 245 and cut down from there. Took me 3 years to put on the 25 lbs and now I am working down. Patients and dedication will bring you the desired results.

it all depends from person to person bro. Some are commited and some are not, some want it and some dont and give up. Its all a matter how u train and how you eat. If you train hard and not eat, you wont see jack. Same goes as if you eat and not train, u wont see results.

Back in 2000 I was 165, did a sostenon cycle and went up to 195. But it all wasnt the results i wanted. When i got up to 200 a year or 2 after that, i looked way much bigger than i did at 195 cause i ate right.
In all it takes time and patience, just eat right and train right and u will grow.
